The Faculty of Law of the University of Cologne has founded the new INUR (Institute for Sustainability, Business Law and Reporting) by resolution of the Faculty Council of 19 May 2022. We want to create a forum and network for the intradisciplinary legal examination of business law issues relating to sustainability and for interdisciplinary discussion with neighbouring disciplines. Corporate governance and liability law, reporting and auditing as well as taxation. No "silo thinking", but working as a team (with colleagues Johanna Hey, Barbara Dauner-Lieb, Joachim Hennrichs, Jens Koch, Moritz Pöschke and others).
