Welcome to the Institute for Sustainability, Corporate Law, and Reporting (INUR). We examine corporate law issues related to sustainability through an intradisciplinary legal lens and in an interdisciplinary context linked to related disciplines, including corporate governance and liability law, reporting and auditing, and taxation. No thinking in defined categories, but rather as a team (with colleagues Johanna Hey, Barbara Dauner-Lieb, Joachim Hennrichs, Jens Koch, Moritz Pöschke, and others). We are networked and in dialogue with practitioners and colleagues in related disciplines.
